Not a Gorgon in the ingredients. Not even a Zola.
Salty and cheesy, can’t beat that combination. Despite the misdirection in the name these are some fine snacking crackers. And to be slightly honest, TJ does say these are, “Gorgonzola flavored.” The only cheese listed in the ingredients is cheddar. But there are enough other ingredients listed so that we’d never guess there was cheddar in the crackers. However they found the combination of ingredients to make these crackers taste this way, will remain a mystery. Whatever they did, they did a good job. The Trader lists these fine crackers as, Vegetarian.

It appears what they’re doing is listing ingredients of ingredients. For example, soy sauce is listed as an ingredient. But what is the soy sauce made from? So after the soy sauce, in parentheses, are the ingredients of their soy sauce (soy beans, wheat, salt, alcohol). Salt is also listed in their cheddar cheese. Finally at the bottom salt is listed separately as an ingredient by itself. That’s my best guess.

These sound really good! I don’t know if I’d be able to keep them around.
